What do "frontage" and "depth" mean?
Frontage is how wide the lot is along the street, and back width is how wide it is along the rear property line. Depth is how far the lot runs from the street to the back. Many lots here are wider at the back than at the street. All measurements come from the developer’s site plan; the recorded plat has the exact figures.
Can I tour a lot or the home being built?
Yes. Call or text and we’ll set up a time to walk the lots or see the home going up on Lot 10.
Where exactly is Matador Estates?
On the south side of E McMillan Rd, just west of N Locust Grove Rd in North Meridian, Idaho 83646, next to the Silver Springs neighborhood. See the neighborhood map.
